– Added option to modify Speechi logo and the URL the logo points to in front-end

– Added preservation of PowerPoint INTERNAL hyperlinks (Speechi used to preserve only PowerPoint hyperlinks that pointed to the outside if the PowerPoint presentation, now Speechi also translates local hyperlinks).

– Corrected some remaining asynchronicity bugs in new quizzes

– Corrected some preloading issues in Firefox
