What for ?

Speechi licence manager lets you manage all your Speechi licences online from your browser. You will be able to:

Le gestionnaire de licences vous permet de gérer l’ensemble de vos licences à partir de votre navigateur. Il vous permet en particulier :

  • generate your licence code in order to install Speechi on your PC
  • generate necessary codes to transfer Speechi licence from one machine to another

It is very easy to use, whether you have acquired one or many licences.

It has 4 sections:

  • My licences : to create your licence codes and migrate your Speechi software from a PC to another.
  • My account : to manage your account parameters.
  • Search : to search for any previous action regarding your licences.
  • History : list of your previous actions.

My Licences

  1. Generate a licence

    2. The first column shows the number of available licences (if this column equals 0, then you are out of available licences). To create your licence, click on "Get my code" and enter your WOU number. Don't forget to enter the email where you want the licence number to be sent to.

  2. View your licence

    3. Once your licence has been generated, you can view your code again anytime in the "Used licences" column.

    Used licences then show in a list.

  3. Delete or migrate a licence

    4. To delete or migrate your licence, just click on the "delete" icon at the end of the line. A window appears that tells you what to do.

    You should first upload and run the follwing program (delete_licence.exe). This program will return a code that you should enter in the above window.

    Once his code has been entered, the "available licences" column will be incremented and the "used licences" column decremented.

    You may then install anothe Speechi licences on any new machine. Just follow the normal licence generation procedure.

My account

"My account" lets you manage your account parameters.

  • Your password
  • Your email (which is also your login)
  • Your language


History

History contains a list of all your actions (licence generation, deletion...)

Search

Allows to search for actions in history.
