Technical support

Speechi works on most configurations mentioned in this manual. Some users may, however, encounter installation or run-time problems. We ensure support for all users who own a valid license and whose support period has not expired.

Please note that Speechi PowerPoint plug-in can only be installed and used on one machine only. It can not be used over a network by multiple users and this usage is neither tolerated nor supported.

When you email or call technical support, please gather all following information if possible:

  • Your name, address, phone, fax and email.
  • Your Speechi license number
  • A precise description of your problem
  • The operating system the problem is encountered on and your PowerPoint version.
  • Speechi’s version number
  • Your hardware configuration (CPU, RAM, Hard disk size)
  • All other applications that run on your PC when the problem appears. Is the bug random or systematic
  • Any other information you think is useful to solve the problem.
